Yes, you can in moderation, though we do recommend that as alcohol is a source for calories that you limit your intake. Drink too much, and it could contribute to additional weight gain.Back to top

Zotrim is 100% natural, meaning no matter your weight loss goals you can continue to take Zotrim for as long as you need. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1 to 2lbs, so depending on your target it could take you more than several months to reach your desired weight.

How long before my meals should I take Zotrim?

Through experience we have found the best time to take our dietary supplement is 15 minutes prior to your meal. If you do forget to do this, don’t worry. Simply take our supplement with a glass of water right before your meal or whilst you are eating it.

Similarly, if you do not normally have a breakfast we recommend that you take just one dose of Zotrim in the morning followed by a further 2 doses with your main meals. Back to top

Will my weight loss be affected if I miss a day, or a dose or two?

To achieve the best results from Zotrim we recommend that you take the full recommended dose. Designed to offer increased satiety, missing the odd dose could slow down your rate of weight loss.Back to top

What additional advice can you give me?

With Zotrim we can help you to manage how much you eat, but what you choose to eat and how you prepare it is still very important. You need to take control of your calorie intake and ensure you are not eating too much fat in your diet. To help you make the right food choices, try using the following tips:

  • Substitute high fat foods, such as full milk, cream, butter, cheese, fried food, crisps and nuts for their low fat alternatives: skimmed milk, low fat spreads and cheese, pastas, boiled potatoes and cereals.
  • Grill and boil rather than fry and roast.
  • Read labels on all pre-prepared foods. If it is high in fat, look for a low fat option.
  • Begin your day with a good breakfast and try not to miss meals.
  • Remember: alcoholic drinks contain calories so monitor your consumption.

What about exercise?

Exercise is an important part of any weight loss programme, so it vital that you pick one that is appropriate to your age, weight and state of health. By making even the simplest of adjustments to your daily lifestyle you can increase your energy consumption and burn more fat. Try taking the stairs instead of a lift; leave your car at home and walk to the shops or incorporate a 30 minute walk into your lunch break.

More importantly try to make time in your day to do extra physical activity such as swimming or riding a bike. However you do not have to do exercise to see results with Zotrim. Back to top
